After Your Candidate Accepts
One-Time Placement Fee
Once your chosen candidate accepts the offer and their background screening clears, we’ll finalize the employment agreement together — confirming the agreed-upon pay rate, schedule, and position details.
At Balia Household Staffing, we operate on a single, transparent placement fee for all household roles.
Placement Fee: $5,500 (one time)
This flat fee applies to all placements, including part-time, full-time, and complex household roles. It reflects the comprehensive, founder-led search process provided for every family we serve.

Engagement Fee

To begin your recruitment and vetting process, an upfront engagement fee is required.
This activates your custom search — allowing us to post your role, review qualified candidates, and begin interviews.
This fee is applied toward your final placement invoice.
Replacement Coverage
Each placement includes our signature replacement guarantee, ensuring continued support beyond the hire date.
Standard Coverage
Each placement includes a 180-day replacement guarantee, offering one full replacement if employment ends for eligible reasons during that period.
